When reporting a problem, please include

• The link you pasted (if it is public) and the platform.
• The quality or audio format you chose.
• The message you saw on screen.

We never need your passwords and will never ask for them.

Before you write

• Private or login-only videos cannot be downloaded. That is a platform restriction, not a fault with the site.
• Missing HD qualities usually mean the uploader never published them. We list every quality the platform actually provides.
• Files expire about 6 hours after they are created, so please save your download promptly.
• Temporary errors such as "the platform is limiting requests" normally clear up within a minute or two. Trying again later often solves it.
